AI-Powered Medication Intelligence Company Ranks No. 432 Overall and No. 16 in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Category, Underscoring Its Transformational Role in Healthcare Innovation

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, August 12, 2025Arine, the leader in AI-driven medication intelligence, announced today that it has been named to Inc.’s prestigious list of the 5000 fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. Arine ranked No. 432 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list and No. 16 in the Artificial Intelligence and Data category. This is the second year in a row that Arine has been honored on Inc.’s prestigious list, which provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses.

“We’re honored to be named one of the fastest growing private companies for the second year in a row—an achievement that reflects the real-world outcomes we’re delivering for our partners and the patients they serve,” said Yoona Kim, PharmD, PhD, CEO and Co-Founder of Arine.

“The true test of AI’s effectiveness lies in its ability to improve patient health and drive performance across the healthcare system. Our growth reflects the outcomes we’re delivering—and the urgent need we’re addressing for our health plan partners.”

Arine’s continued momentum is a testament to its mission-driven approach to solving one of the most overlooked and costly challenges in healthcare: medication mismanagement. Each year, medication-related problems contribute to an estimated 275,000 deaths and cost the U.S. healthcare system over $528 billion. Arine’s platform combines advanced AI with deep clinical expertise to help payers and risk-bearing providers identify and address medication issues before they result in hospitalizations or patient harm—making it a critical enabler of success in value-based care.

Arine’s client partners have seen more than a 10% reduction in total cost of care, more than a 40% reduction in hospitalizations among their members, as well as dramatic improvements in Star quality ratings. As a result, the company has experienced close to 1,000% growth in the past three years, as well as 80% average contract expansion with existing clients in the past year. Arine recently announced its $30M Series C funding round, led by Town Hall Ventures with participation from Kaiser Permanente Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to date to $66M.

This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 22–24 in Phoenix, AZ,  and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. magazine.
